Pakistani FM: We agreed to make broader use of trilateral format

Pakistan`s foreign minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has said his country together with Azerbaijan and Turkey agreed to make broader use of the trilateral format as he spoke to a joint press conference following the first trilateral meeting of the three countries` FMs.
“The first trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Pakistan and Turkey was very fruitful and discussions were held in a wide format. I have to especially stress the discussions on the ways of increasing trade between our countries,” said Pakistan`s foreign minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif at.
He underlined that development of trade in a trilateral format may yield positive results. “We will make every effort to resume direct air communication and I think we will achieve it. The three countries share common views on international issues. We agreed to widen the interparliamentary ties and make broader use of the trilateral format,” the Pakistani minister added.
