Deputy of the Azerbaijani Parliament Gultakin Hajiyeva is expected to partake in the sitting of the PACE Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights to be held in Edinburgh on September 17-18. Its participants will discuss issues concerning reform in the system of European Human Rights Court, Enlargement of the European Union, situation in jails, and law and Internet.

Member of the Milli Majlis Vagif Abdullayev is going to visit Riga for participation in the arrangement initiated by the Latvian parliament and Azerbaijani Diaspora in this country. During the event to last from September 15 to 20, a presentation ceremony of the Vagif Abdullayev’s book about Prime-Minister Ilham Aliyev will be held, its participants also expected to exchange views on development of Azerbaijan-Latvia relationship.
