Speaker of Azerbaijan`s Parliament arrives in Georgia

Tbilisi, May 26, AZERTAC

An Azerbaijani delegation led by speaker of the Parliament Ogtay Asadov has arrived in Tbilisi to attend the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Democratic Republic of Georgia.

At the Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi international airport, the delegation was welcomed by deputy speaker of the Georgian parliament, head of Georgia-Azerbaijan friendship group Zviad Dzidziguri, the ambassadors of both countries and other officials.

Ogtay Asadov will meet with the President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili, participate in the jubilee celebrations and swearing-in ceremony of young soldiers.

Ogtay Asadov will also attend the roundtable “Cooperation for development: strategy for the next century”, which is to be held in the Georgian parliament, and other events.
