17-YEAR OLD YOUNGSTER SHOOTS HIS FRIEND WHILE CLEANING GUN
Sumgayit, 28 December (AZERTAC). Sumgayit resident Abulfaz Firudin oglu Gulagayev, 28, was accidentally shot in the stomach by his 17-year-old friend Malik Mamedsaid oglu Khalilov while the latter was cleaning the double-barreled gun of his late father. The incident took place in Old Jorat settlement of Sumgayit, in Malik Khalilov’s home. The suspect was immediately arrested. Gulagayev was taken to the Sumgayit city hospital and underwent emergency surgery. He is in grave condition. The detained told investigators that the shooting occurred accidentally.
Public prosecutors of Sumgait launched investigation to the case.
