ASAN Khidmet presents its AI experience at international conference

An international conference titled “AI Governance in Practice: Practical Use Cases, Institutional Capacity, Innovation at Scale and Global Cooperation” was held in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Co-organized by the Astana Civil Service Hub and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety of the Republic of Korea, the conference showcased successful public service innovation practices from more than 10 countries. Participants also discussed the use of AI agents to deliver public services, respond more quickly to citizens’ requests, and improve service efficiency.
The conference provided an opportunity to present the ASAN Khidmet model and brief representatives of participating countries and international experts on initiatives to introduce innovative approaches to public service delivery, leverage artificial intelligence, improve service quality, and increase citizen satisfaction.
