Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan hold political consultations

Political consultations have been held between the ministries of foreign affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic in the format of a video conference.

The Azerbaijani delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov, and the Kyrgyz delegation by Deputy Foreign Minister Aibek Moldogaziev.

During the meeting, the sides discussed topical issues on the agenda of bilateral relations, including the expansion of cooperation in political, economic and humanitarian spheres.

The sides exchanged views on the development of cooperation within regional and international organizations.

The importance of mutual visits and meetings in terms of developing bilateral cooperation was stressed.
