    Azerbaijan confirms 40 new coronavirus cases

    Baku, March 2, AZERTAC

    Azerbaijan registered three new coronavirus deaths Thursday, taking the country’s total number of fatalities to 10,122, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told AZERTAC.

    The Task Force said health officials also detected 40 more coronavirus cases after carrying out 2,292 new tests.

    The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases identified in the country is now 828,628.

    The total recoveries stood at 818,327, with 17 patients newly recovering from the disease.
