Azerbaijan, UK sign protocol and four cooperation documents in Baku

Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom have signed a protocol and four agreement documents aimed at strengthening cooperation in green energy, transport connectivity, and urban mobility during the 8th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission.
The documents were signed on behalf of Azerbaijan by Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov and on the British side by Lord Anas Sarwar, Minister of State for Trade at the UK Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade.
The signed agreements include a Memorandum of Understanding between Xlinks and the Green Corridor Alliance, a Roadmap between UK Export Finance (UKEF) and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, as well as additional documents detailing cooperation in transport, education, and other key sectors with relevant British institutions and companies.
