Engineering Glory order goes to Academician Arif Pashayev
Baku, April 7 (AZERTAC). President of the Azerbaijan Engineering Academy, academician Arif Pashayev was honored with the facility`s highest award “Engineering Glory” for uniting scientific and engineering-technical societies of CIS and other foreign countries and special contribution to development of engineering.
The presentation ceremony was held in the annual gathering of the Azerbaijan Engineering Academy where Arif Pashayev addressed the event.
The gathering featured discussions on the progress achieved during the year and outstanding issues in the academy, the conception and development model of Technopark to be created under the Engineering Academy.
Full member of the International Academy of Engineering from Azerbaijan Ali Abbasov, Huseyngulu Bagirov, Gulchohra Mammadova, corresponding members Garib Mammadov, Rovnag Abdullayev and Adalat Samadov were presented diplomas.
Ahad Janahmadov, Arif Mehdiyev, Havar Mammadov, Natig Javadov and Huseyngulu Bagirov were awarded with medals “Big Gold” by the International Academy of Engineering, “Engineering Bravery” and “Engineering Glory” respectively.
The 20th jubilee of the International Academy of Engineering golden medal went to Arif Pashayev, Ali Abbasov, Yagub Eyyubov, Mursal Aliyev, Gulchohra Mammadova, Arif Guliyev and Mammadkarim Guliyev.
