The IFC Azerbaijan Corporate Governance Project (ACGP) organized introductory roundtable for fifteen professors of four Azerbaijani educational institutions - Azerbaijan State Economic University, Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, Odlar Yurdu, Gavgaz - with the purpose of introducing the ACGP model course on corporate governance.

The event aimed to introduce students of the business and law faculties to the corporate governance best practices.

During the meeting, the ACGP Manager, Charles Canfield discussed the importance of corporate governance and importance of introducing corporate governance curricula at Azerbaijani educational institutions.

A presentation of the ACGP model course on corporate governance taught at the Khazar University took place at the roundtable meeting.
