London-based Azerbaijani school instills native language and national values in students
London, January 14, AZERTAC
For Azerbaijani children living abroad, preserving their native language and national identity is of particular importance. The British European Azerbaijan School (BEAS), operating in London, plays a vital role in this regard, helping instill the Azerbaijani language, history, and culture in younger generations.
In an interview with AZERTAC, Sabina Guliyeva, co-founder of BEAS, emphasized that the school’s main goal is to teach Azerbaijani language, culture, and national values to children from an early age.
BEAS is more than a school—it is a hub for in-person learning, social interaction among students and parents, and the creation of professional and personal connections beyond the classroom.
The school provides a space where students can learn about Azerbaijan, its language, and culture, while also connecting with other Azerbaijanis and learners of the Azerbaijani language.
BEAS not only focuses on language instruction but also mentors and guides children through their formative educational years, nurturing their personal growth alongside academic development.
