NAME OF ANOTHER AZERBAIJANI SCHOLAR ENLISTED IN “INTERNATIONAL REGISTER OF FAMOUS SCHOLARS”
The 12th volume of the book “International Register of Famous Scholars” contains information on the 100 famous scholars including rector of Nakhchivan State University, academician Isa Habibbeyli.
The book, published by the Cambridge University of England, narrates that I. Habibbeyli is an author of 54 books, booklets and over 300 scientific articles. He delivered reports at the some scientific forums, symposiums, and workshops.
The first Azerbaijani scholar that entered this book, was academician, Member of Parliament, Jalal Aliyev
