Pakistan`s “Balochistan Today” magazine publishes article on Khojaly genocide
Baku, March 27 (AZERTAC). Pakistan`s “Balochistan Today” magazine published an article on the Khojaly genocide.
The author describes the Khojaly events as the most terrible and bloodiest chapter in Azerbaijan`s history and briefs the readers on the history and causes of the genocide.
The article also features national leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev`s thoughts on the Khojaly massacre, informs the readers on ethnic cleansing policy of Armenians against Azerbaijanis over the past 200 years.
The author touches on occupation of Azerbaijan`s Nagorno-Karabakh territory by Armenia, saying as a result of occupation one million Azerbaijanis became refugees and IDPs. The author says the Khojaly tragedy `is a crime against humanity`.
The article also features photos reflecting Khojaly events.
The “Balochistan Today” also published an article by scientist Sarwat Rauf on Khojaly genocide.
