New York hosts awareness campaign on Khojaly genocide

An awareness-raising campaign dedicated to the 34th anniversary Khojaly genocide was organized in New York, the U.S., with the support of Azerbaijan’s State Committee on Work with Diaspora and the American-Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Association.
According to the Committee, during the campaign, trucks with LED screen reflecting the slogans such as “Justice for Khojaly,” “Khojaly - Their courage and pain remain with us,” “Never Forget: Khojaly Genocide” drove through the central streets of New York, passing through Times Square, the UN Headquarters, Wall Street, the Brooklyn Bridge, around the Statue of Liberty, Central Park and squares, also stopping in front of the New York Times building.
The vehicles featured the QR code highlighting detailed information about the tragedy.
The similar rallies were held across different cities of the U.S., including Washington, and Boston.
