Tel Aviv hosts event on Azerbaijan’s Sovereignty and Remembrance Days

An event dedicated to September 20 – State Sovereignty Day and September 27 – Remembrance Day was held at the Azerbaijani Embassy in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv.
The event began with a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs of the Patriotic War.
An educational lecture was organized for young Azerbaijanis living in Israel.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Israel Mukhtar Mammadov delivered opening remarks, providing participants with detailed information on the history of Garabagh, the chronology of the conflict, the 44-day Patriotic War, and Azerbaijan's full restoration of its sovereignty as a result of the local anti-terror measures conducted on September 20, 2023.
The event also featured a screening of a short video highlighting the urbicide and environmental crimes committed by Armenians who had illegally settled in Garabagh.
