“Three more Russian universities will open their branches in Azerbaijan,” said Russian ambassador in Baku Mikhail Bocharnikov.

“These will be branches of Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Higher School of Economics and Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics,” he added.

Presently the branches of Lomonosov Moscow State University and Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University operate in Azerbaijan.
