Azerbaijan, Korea discuss inter-parliamentary ties

Deputy Head of the Azerbaijan Parliament`s Committee on International and Inter-Parliamentary Relations Sevinj Fataliyeva has met a group of deputies from Korea.

They discussed a range of issues including development of inter-parliamentary ties between the two countries, operation of the Korean companies in Azerbaijan.

Sevinj Fataliyeva stressed the importance of the 41st World Scout Conference held in Baku. “Azerbaijan is a place of tolerance. For the centuries, representatives of different cultures live in peace, in mutual respect in Azerbaijan,” she added.

The Korean MPs were also informed about the current state of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

The Korean MPs highlighted the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries.
