One of the most popular recreation areas in the capital, "Little Venice" is located in Baku, on the territory of the Seaside National Park. As the name suggests, it was inspired by the romantic city of Venice in Italy. Since 1960, Baku residents and visitors to the city have been able to experience the European atmosphere in this place, albeit for a short time.

Featuring a total area of 9,740 square meters, the park's canals stretch for 1,350 meters in length and reach a depth of 1.3 meters. 7,000 m³ of water is used to fill the canals.
