Azerbaijani taekwondo fighters win six medals in Belgium

Azerbaijan’s national youth taekwondo team delivered a commanding performance at the Belgian Open international tournament held in Lommel on March 21-22, securing a total of six medals.
Nilufar Borji, competing in the 49kg weight category, displayed exceptional skill by defeating all opponents to ascend the top step of the podium and claim the gold medal.
Meanwhile, Rasim Khalilov (45kg), Ilknur Alimov (48kg), Mehriban Ismayilli (46kg), and Allahverdi Mammadov (+78kg) each secured bronze medals in their respective divisions.
