On application of Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On introduction of amendments and supplements in some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On approval, coming into effect of the labor Code of Azerbaijan Republic and appropriate with it questions of legal regulation”

With the view of ensuring application of the Azerbaijan Republic “On introduction of amendments and supplements in some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On approval, coming into effect of the labor Code of Azerbaijan Republic and appropriate with it questions of legal regulation” in connection with coming into force of the said Law, I, hereby decree:

1. To assign Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic within two months:

1.1. To submit to President of Azerbaijan Republic proposals on bringing the existing legislative acts in conformity with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On introduction of amendments and supplements in some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic in connection with application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On approval, coming into effect of the labor Code of Azerbaijan Republic and appropriate with it questions of legal regulation”;

1.2. To ensure bringing the normative-standard acts of Cabinet of Ministers and relevant central executive power bodies in according to the said Law and inform on this to the President of Azerbaijan Republic.

2. To establish that the powers of “relevant executive power body” stipulated in the Article 10 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On minimal consumer budget”, will be realized by President of the Azerbaijan republic.
