On introduction of amendments and supplements to the Decree of President of Azerbaijan Republic #389 dated 29 August 2000”On application of the Law f Azerbaijan Republic “On approval, coming into force of the Code on administrative offences of Azerbaijan Republic and issues of legal regulation connected with it”

Aiming at ensuring execution of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On introduction of amendments and supplements to the Code on administrative offences of Azerbaijan Republic” # 428-II GD, dated 25 March 2003, I, hereby, decree:

1. To replace the thirty-second paragraph of the Article 3 of the Decree of President of Azerbaijan Republic #389 dated 29 August 2000 “On approval, coming into force of the Code on administrative offences of Azerbaijan Republic and issues of legal regulation connected with it” amen with “204-1” and the words “State Insurance Inspectorate under the Cabinet of Ministers” with the words “Ministry of finance”.

2. The Decree comes into force on the day of promulgation.
