On application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On obligatory insurance of the persons serving in diplomatic representations of Azerbaijan Republic, functioning in foreign countries and international organizations”

With a view of maintenance of application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On obligatory insurance of the persons serving in diplomatic representatives of the Azerbaijan Republic, functioning in foreign countries and the international organizations”, in connection with the introduction of the said Law, I, hereby resolve:

1. To charge the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in a month:

1.1.To prepare and submit the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of the offer on bringing of the existing acts in conformity with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On obligatory insurance of the persons serving in diplomatic representatives of the Azerbaijan Republic, functioning in foreign countries and the international organizations”;

1.2. To ensure bringing of the normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and corresponding central enforcement authorities in conformity with the said Law and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3. To prepare and to submit the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the project of the act establishing kinds of the responsibility for infringement of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On obligatory insurance of the persons serving in diplomatic representatives of the Azerbaijan Republic, functioning in foreign countries and the international organizations”;

1.4. To establish the list of kinds of the heavy and easy physical injuries stipulated by Article 11.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On obligatory insurance of the persons serving in diplomatic representatives of the Azerbaijan Republic, functioning in foreign countries and the international organizations” and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.5. Within its powers to solve other questions following from the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On obligatory insurance of the persons serving in diplomatic representatives of the Azerbaijan Republic, functioning in foreign countries and the international organizations”.

2. To establish, that:

2.1. The "powers of relevant executive body ”stipulated in Article 4 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On obligatory insurance of the persons serving in diplomatic representatives of the Azerbaijan Republic, functioning in foreign countries and the international organizations” are carried out by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.2. The powers of "relevant executive body” stipulated in the Article 11.1.2.1 of the given Law is carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of Population of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.3. The powers of the “relevant executive body” stipulated in the Article 11.2 of the given law is carried out by the Cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. The present Decree inures from the date of publication.
