ON AMENDMENTS IN THE “RULES OF INVENTORY OF THE STATE PROPERTY PRIVATIZATION OF WHICH IS FORBIDDEN, AND ALSO PROPERTY OF THE ENTERPRISES AND OBJECTS, PRIVATIZATION OF WHICH IS CARRIED OUT BY DECISIONS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTRY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC”, APPROVED BY THE DECREE OF PRESIDENT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC, DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 2003

I. In point1 approved by the Decree of President of the Azerbaijan Republic, #919, dated September 18, 2003, of the “Rules of inventory of the state property privatization of which is forbidden, and also property of the enterprises and objects privatization of which is carried out by decisions of President of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic” (Legislative Acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, #9, Article 470), the words “debts and percent on taxes (further - debts on taxes)” shall be replaced with the words “debts on taxes, the percent charged on debts on taxes, and the applied financial sanctions (further - debts on taxes)”, in point 5, the words “two months” - with words “15 days”.

II. The present Decree inures from the date of publication.
