On introduction of changes and amendments to the Decree of President of Azerbaijan Republic, #171 dated 4 August 1999 “On introduction of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On state assistance to small entrepreneurship”

In connection with introduction of the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Republic, # 779, dated 27 August 2002, “On approval of the Regulations on National Fund of assistance to small entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan Republic”, it is stated:

1. To the point 2 of the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Republic 171 dated 4 August 1999 “On introduction of the Law of Azerbaijan republic “On State assistance to small entrepreneurship” (Collection of legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, Article 481; Article 640), make following changes and amendments:

- to amend the second paragraph by following item:

“stipulated by the Article 8-3, powers of “relative executive power body” is realized by the President of Azerbaijan Republic”;

- from the third paragraph exclude the words “Article 8-3”;

- the 2-9 paragraphs to consider as 3-10 paragraphs.

The Decree comes onto effect from the day of promulgation.
