EXECUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Aiming at ensuring application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On introduction of amendments to some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic due to application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On nourishment of infant and the children of early age” in connection with coming into force of the said Law, it is stated:
1. To assign Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic within a month:
1.1. To submit to the President of Azerbaijan Republic proposals on bringing the legislative acts in conformity with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On introduction of amendments to some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic due to application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On nourishment of infant and the children of early age”;
1.2. To ensure bringing of normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and relevant central organs of executive power in conformity with the Said Law and inform on this the president of Azerbaijan Republic;
1.3. To submit to the President of Azerbaijan Republic the proposals on relevant public body, considering the cases on administrative offences, stipulated by the Article 65-1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of Azerbaijan Republic;
1.4. To submit to the President of Azerbaijan Republic proposals on the “relevant executive power body” stipulated in the Articles 65-1 and 65-1.0.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of Azerbaijan Republic;
1.5. Within its powers, to solve other issues stemming from the Law “On introduction of amendments to some legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic due to application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On nourishment of infant and the children of early age”.
2. The Order comes into force from the day of signing.
