On appointment of H.S. Zeynalov as a consul general of Azerbaijan Republic in the city of Kars of the Republic of Turkey

Under the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic (Article 109.15), I, hereby, resolve:

Hasan Sultan oglu Zeynalov is appointed as a consul general of Azerbaijan Republic in the city of Kars of the Republic of Turkey.
