On approval of the signed on April 26, 2004 in the city of Astrakhan “Agreement on trade and economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation between the government of the Azerbaijan Republic and Administration of the Astrakhan Oblast (Russian Federation)”

1. To ratify signed on April 26, 2004 in the city of Astrakhan the “Agreement on trade and economic, scientific and technical and cultural cooperation between the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic and Administration of Astrakhan Oblast (Russian Federation)”.

2. To charge the Cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic to take necessary measures for realization of the Agreement specified in the point 1 of the present Order.

3. To charge the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to direct to the Astrakhan Oblast of the Russian Federation relevant notice on performance of the interstate procedures necessary for coming into force of the Agreement, the present Order specified in the point 1.
