Your Excellency, Mr. President,
I have the honor to address Your Excellency on behalf of the Peruvian Government and people to convey to you my warmest greetings on the occasion of the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 28.
On this special occasion, I am pleased to highlight the good state of our bilateral relationship, whose diplomatic relations will commemorate their 30th anniversary next year. I also wish to confirm the willingness of the Republic of Peru to continue comprehensive cooperation with the Republic of Azerbaijan in the spirit of mutual understanding, respect, and reciprocal interests of our peoples.
While reiterating my congratulations on the Independence Day of Azerbaijan, I take this opportunity to express the assurances of my highest consideration.
