Hungary blocked EU's anti-Azerbaijan statement on Karabakh

Hungary prevented the European Union from adopting a statement condemning Azerbaijan’s anti-terrorist measures in Karabakh, Rikard Jozwiak from Radio Free Europe posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Rikard Jozwiak noted that he received the information from three sources who are closely familiar with the situation.
According to him, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell had to make a statement on his own behalf.
Thus, Hungary's fair and principled attitude prevented the adoption of the anti-Azerbaijani statement as a joint document of involving all 27 EU member states.
