On approval of the European framework Convention “On trans-border cooperation between the territorial communities and public bodies and its Additional Protocol”
Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic resolves:
1. To approve European framework Convention dated 21 May 1980 in Madrid, “On trans-border cooperation between the territorial communities and public bodies and its Additional Protocol” with the relevant proviso (enclosed).
2. The Law comes into effect on the day of promulgation.
