Nakhchivan marks 25th anniversary of establishment of New Azerbaijan Party

An event marking the 25th anniversary of the founding of the New Azerbaijan Party has been held in Nakhchivan.
Prior to the ceremony, Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, chairman of the Nakhchivan branch of the New Azerbaijan Party Vasif Talibov and members of the party's Political Council laid flowers at the statue of national leader, founder and architect of the New Azerbaijan Party and modern Azerbaijani state Heydar Aliyev in the central square in Nakhchivan.
Addressing the event, which continued at Araz State Reception House, Chairman of Nakhchivan's Supreme Assembly Vasif Talibov highlighted the history and achievements of the New Azerbaijan Party.
The event then featured the screening of a documentary on the activities of the New Azerbaijan Party.
