Baku, 21 December (AZERTAC). The agenda of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly’s winter session slated for 25-29 January, 2010, has been made public.

According to the PACE official web-site, the 25 January agenda see among other issues observation of the 17 January 2010 presidential election in Ukraine (Rapporteur - Mr Lluis Maria de Puig (Spain, SOC).

The second day of the session, January 26, features situation in the Middle East, functioning of democratic institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and other questions.

Freedom of religion and other human rights for non-Muslim minorities in Turkey and for the Muslim minority in Thrace (Eastern Greece), Respect for media freedom and other issues will be on agenda on January 27.

The final day of the session will highlight the problem of biodiversity and climate change, etc.

The agenda does not include any issues related to Azerbaijan.
