Recep Tayyip Erdogan speaks about Khojaly genocide at Turkish Parliament
Ankara, February 28 (AZERTAC). Turkey`s Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke of the Khojaly genocide at a group meeting of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) held at the Grand National Assembly.
Erdogan stressed “we mourned the anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy on February 26 as Armenians brutally killed 613 civilians, including 63 children, 106 women, and 70 elders.
Erdogan added that the anniversary of the massacre was marked in a number of cities including Istanbul.
“All must know that we will never forget Khojaly massacre. We will continue to honour memory of innocent people who were killed there. But we will be the side who supports peace, justice and law,” he added.
