RUSSIAN PRESIDENT MEETS CoE SECRETARY GENERAL
Baku, December 23 (AZERTAC). President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has met on Wednesday Council of Europe Secretary General Thorbjorn Jagland.
The meeting focused on topical aspects of activity of the organization, ways to strengthen it as a key instrument to form common legal space on the continent and Europe without division lines.
Ways to raise the efficiency of the Council of Europe, including the European Court of Human Rights were also discussed during the meeting.
