TEYMUR RAJABOV TO FIGHT FOR WORLD CUP
Teymur Rahabov, the last year’s bronze winner will joint the competition between 128 chess players for the World Cup starting on November 26 in the Russian town of Khanty-Mansiysk. According to Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Chess Federation Faig Hasanov, one of two more players, Shahriyar Mammadyarov and Vugar Hashimov, also had a chance to be qualified for the World Cup if only ranks first in the under-20 World Championships to take place in Istanbul, Turkey on November 8, he said.
