15th “Days of Opera” of TURKSOY opens in Northern Cyprus

Baku, May 31 (AZERTAC). Bellapais Monastery Village in Kyrenia, North Cyprus has hosted the opening of the 15th “Days of Opera” of TURKSOY.

Minister of Tourism, Environment and Culture of North Cyprus Unal Ustel and TURKSOY Secretary-General Dusen Kaseinov participated in the opening ceremony of Days of Opera attended by the opera singers of the Turkic-speaking countries, including the young singer from Azerbaijan Afag Abbasova.

Musical compositions of Turk authors and world classics to be accompanied by Istanbul State Opera and Ballet Theatre will be sounded in concerts on the sidelines of the TURKSOY’s 15th Days of Opera.
