Azerbaijan claim 3 golds at World Powerlifting Championships Baku, November 14, AZERTAC

Azerbaijani powerlifters have grabbed three gold medals at the world championships in the USA.

Hafiz Verdiyev climbed on to the winner`s rostrum in the men`s 100 kg weight category, while Ibrahim Ibrahimov emerged victorious in the 110 kg class.

Gunel Talibova added third gold to Azerbaijan`s medal haul in the women`s 56 kg division.
