AZERBAIJAN, QATAR DISCUSS PROTECTION OF ENVIRONMENT
Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Huseyngulu Baghirov met today with visiting Qatar`s environment minister Abdulla bin Mubarak bin Abud al-Madadi.
The Azeri minister informed the Qatari official on the work done in the country to protect environment.
The ministers also discussed prospects for development of environment cooperation between the two countries.
It was suggested signing a MoU on environmental cooperation between the two states.
During the meeting, the sides created a working group including representatives from both sides to strengthen cooperation.
