Azerbaijan, WTO discuss cooperation
Baku, April 29 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani culture and tourism minister Abulfaz Garayev has met WTO representatives Dmitry Ilyin and Alla Peresolova who are attending the 10th Azerbaijan International Travel & Tourism Fair (AITF).
They discussed current state of and prospects for the Azerbaijan-WTO cooperation.
They reached an agreement to conduct seminars on tourism statistics in Azerbaijan in the next two years. The first seminar will be conducted this October.
They also discussed the possibility of a meeting between Minister Garayev and WTO director general Taleb Rifai in Las Vegas next month.
