AZERI DELEGATION ATTENDS INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FAIR IN PARIS
Paris, September 24 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan was represented at the IFTM Top Resa, France’s B2B international tourism exhibition.
The exhibition brought together tourism companies from more than 200 countries.
Department chief at the Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism Mahir Gahramanov gave an interview to AZERTAC`s Asgar Aliyev.
He said: “Azerbaijan has participated in this exhibition for the second time. Azerbaijan joined the event with a large delegation including employees of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, six companies, one hotel group and Cangi folklore band”.
“We are trying to establish relations with tourism companies of various participant countries. We have already negotiated with tourism companies of several countries,” he noted.
Azerbaijan`s ambassador to France Elchin Amirbeyov attended the opening of Azerbaijan stand. This is the industry’s leading event for networking, doing business, innovating and keeping abreast of market developments, the exhibition offers a good panorama of the travel industry, covering all sectors: leisure, business and events
