AZERI EDUCATION MINISTER MEETS ITALIAN AMBASSADOR
Baku, April 16 (AZERTAC). Azeri Education Minister Misir Mardanov has met Italian ambassador Mario Giorgio Stefano Baldi. The ambassador stressed the importance of boosting educational cooperation between the two countries.
The Azeri minister echoed Baldi`s words, saying Azerbaijan and Italy could launch a joint twin schools program.
“We can also consider embarking on teaching Italian in Azerbaijani secondary schools,” Mardanov added.
Baldi expressed Italy`s readiness “for any kind of cooperation with Azerbaijan in the field of education”.
