Azeri scientists attend international symposium on literature in Turkey

Istanbul, June 5 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani scientists Farhad Mirza, Elchin Isgandarzade and Ittifaq Mirzabayli participated in an International Hulusi Efendi Symposium here.

Azerbaijani scientists made presentations at the symposium held in Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar Congress Center, which brought together scientists from European, Central Asian countries, Pakistan and others.

The speakers of the event provided information on rich literary heritage of Osman Hulusi Efendi.

The symposium featured performances of turku (a name given to Turkish folk songs) based on the poet`s verses.
