CEIBC HOLDS SESSION ON ECOLOGICAL RISKS IN CASPIAN
Baku, May 18 (AZERTAC). Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC) has today held a session themed “Ecological risks in the Caspian”.
The session, which brought together representatives of governmental bodies and companies operating in the country, has been organized in an aftermath of an ecological catastrophe in Gulf of Mexico.
Speakers at the event, Deputy Chairman of the Milli Majlis Valeh Alasgarov and vice-president of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Soltan Aliyev, highlighted what the Azerbaijani government, SOCAR, and ministries of emergency situations and ecology and natural resources were doing to prevent ecological catastrophes in the Caspian Sea.
