Earthquake strikes Azerbaijan`s Zagatala region

Baku, August 5 (AZERTAC). An earthquake hit Azerbaijan`s Zagatala region today at 12:49 local time, 22 km south-west from Zagatala.

According to the Seismological Service of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the magnitude of the earthquake was 2.8 and the depth of the earthquake was 9km.
