EU twinning project on tourism underway in Azerbaijan’s Ismayilli region
Baku, Sept 14 (AZERTAC). A seminar on “Regional and local tourism planning and management” was held as a part of EU twinning project in Ismayilli region.
According to the Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the main goal of the seminar is to improve the management system for touristic regions of the country.
“During the seminar the issues of marketing, tourism products creation and development, as well as the questions of researches and promotion of the tourism potential in the country were discussed”, the Ministry said.
EU twinning project on “Intensification of tourism sector potential of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism” is targeted mainly at the improving of the work quality and management system in tourism sector.
