HEYDAR ALIYEV FOUNDATION DONATES MEDICINES TO PEOPLE WITH DIABETES
Baku, 10 February (AZERTAC). Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Azerbaijan`s Health Ministry, Azerbaijani Diabetes Society and “Novo Nordisk” Company implemented a project to help the people with diabetes.
Over 2000 injection devices and tips have been delivered to the country. The teenagers, expectant mothers, the elders and poor families will be first get injections.
Since 2004, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation supplies the patients under 14 with medicines as part of the project “Care for children with diabetes”. The Foundation also carries out humanitarian actions for refugees, IDPs and poor families.
