HOTLINE TO HELP PREVENTION OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING THREAT
A hotline has been set up in Azerbaijan to strengthen combat against human trafficking and carry out prevention activities in order to timely prevent crimes.
The telephone line, 490 90 75, is in operation under the Interior Ministry’s senior department on fighting organized crime. The line, open from 9 a.m. till 8 p.m. every day, guarantees the anonymity of callers, and is designed to report all related crimes, as well as to provide comprehensive legal and psychological assistance to the affected persons.
