Iran double for first women's event

Iran's women shooters turned on the style in the 10-metre air rifle final by winning both gold and silver in Saturday's action at the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games.
Narjes Ememgholi thoroughly dominated the final, finishing with 249.6 points, 3.5 ponts more than her closest contender, countrywoman Elaheh Ahmadi.
Sakina Mamedova of Uzbekistan took the bronze with 223.9 points to prevent a Iran clean sweep as Najmeh Khedmati finished just off the podium.
