Baku, December 22 (AZERTAC). Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Federation of Russia`s Federal Assembly Svetlana Orlova and her accompanied delegation, who arrived in Baku to attend the 8th meeting of interparliamentary commission of Milli Majlis and Federal Assembly of Russia visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The delegation also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.

They also visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes, who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity.
