Website introducing Azerbaijan`s tourism launches in Swedish
Stockholm, December 20 (AZERTAC). A website: www.bakufan.com - which exhibits Azerbaijan`s tourism capabilities has been created in Sweden.
Azerbaijan-Sweden sponsored webpage will be operating in two languages: Swedish and English. “Lack of the website highlighting Azerbaijan and its tourism possibilities in Swedish language gave us a force to realize this project”, creator of the website Babek Azad said.
“We are informing Swedish population about Azerbaijan and its diversity in tourism with this new webpage. We had extensively used information in the portal of Culture and Tourism Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic”, he said.
The site gives general information about Azerbaijan, its visa regulations, and also big projects carried out. Mr. Azad noted Azerbaijan has distinctive tourism capabilities and there was a need to introduce them to Swedish people. “We are considering that we will move ahead on this direction with the help of this site.”
